The Met Office this afternoon has issued a severe weather warning for Surrey and London as the warm, humid summer weather looks like triggering thunderstorms in places.A senior forecaster from the Met Office said: "Heavy, thundery showers will turn locally torrential with the risk of hail on Tuesday afternoon and evening across parts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
