THERE is a 20-mile queue of stop-start traffic on the M25 this evening in Surrey and it looks certain that people returning from work will be late getting home.As early as 4pm, cars and lorries were backed up on the M25 eastbound (anti-clockwise) between junction 10 at Wisley and junction 7 at Merstham where there is a link with the M23.By 5.30pm, the situation had deteriorated and there was a queue from beyond Wisley all the way to junction 6 at Godstone - a distrance of about 20 miles.See...
