Josh_Searle published 17th century Reigate pub could be converted into flats
Woodhatch's historic The Angel pub could soon be converted into two four-bedroom flats. The Grade II listed building's owner wants to make the change, after several unsuccessful attempts to sell it. A plan has been submitted to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council to change the 17th century site's community use and convert its ground floor to a four bedroom flat.
