Allotment holders angry their access to toilet facilities is to be slashed have launched a petition.Those tending their plots at the Reigate and Bansted Borough Council-run Tattenham Way allotments have had a key to use former public loos at neighbouring Tattenham Way Recreation Ground for 10 years.
