Police have ruled out foul play over the death of a teenager in Oxted.Officers began an investigation after the body of an unnamed 17-year-old was found in a car near a Scout hut.He was discovered in the vehicle in Chalkpit Lane - near the 1st Oxted Scouts' hut - at around 6.30am on Monday.Chalkpit Lane, between Gordons Way and Barrow Green Road, was cordoned off for more than four hours while police carried out investigations at the scene.They are treating the death as unexplained at the...
