Accidents on the M25 and M23 have caused early-morning misery.A crash between a lorry and a car near junction 11 of the M25 at Chertsey caused major headaches.The accident at around 7am caused a fuel spillage on the surface of the motorway, leading to one lane of the clockwise carriageway being closed.The knock-on effect of this has reportedly caused queues of up to 11 miles, towards junction 9 at Leatherhead.Meanwhile rush hour woe was also experienced on the M23.A build-up of queuing traffic...
