BrianHaran published Air ambulance called to Oxted

An air ambulance was drafted in to Oxted yesterday after a man suffered serious injuries.The incident happened at about 10.30am when the adult victim sustained abdomen wounds in an accident involving machinery.A Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, based at Redhill Aerodrome, was summoned at 10.39am to fly to the aid of the stricken man.In the end he was taken by road ambulance to St George's Hospital in Tooting.His transfer to hospital for treatment took about 40 minutes.The incident comes...
