From Monday there will be 24 spaces in Dorking available to park in free of charge for 30 minutes. The 24 bays, which were authorised by Mole Valley District Council in November last year following a campaign and 884 signature petition from the Dorking Chamber of Commerce, represent two per cent of the total number of parking spaces in the town. Residents will be able to use the spaces, which are located in Reigate Road, High Street, Southside, West Street, South Street and St Martin's Walk...
