Flights to and from Gatwick Airport are currently being forced to use the backup runway after a plane's tyre burst during take-off. The main runway at the airport initially closed for half an hour between 1.16 and 1.45pm this afternoon after an Air Canada Rouge flight to Toronto suffered a burst tyre on take-off.
