CaitlinWebb published Redhill Sainsbury's boss promises solution to trolley trouble

The first few days of the new Sainsbury's in Redhill have produced a few teething problems with thousands of shoppers struggling up the steps with trolleys - because they cannot use the ramp.Staff from the shop have been helping these customer by hauling the trolleys up the two steps by the entrance.While there is a ramp it is only being used as an exit route as there is not enough space for two trolleys to go past at the same time.Related: A snag for shoppers at Redhill's new Sainsbury's...
