A Woodhatch man has escaped jail after a 10-year-old girl spotted him "masturbating" in a residential street.Tautvydas Balciunas, of Trehaven Parade near Reigate, was convicted of indecent exposure at the conclusion of a trial in July.The 21-year-old was sentenced at Guildford Magistrate's Court yesterday for the offence, which took place in Woodhatch on December 20 last year when the girl saw Balciunas exposing himself from her bedroom window.Prosecuting, Andrew Austin told the court:...
