Hi, I'm Kelly - a proud member of the Fetcham community and have been for all my life. The abandoned bike at the heart of Surrey Police's investigation into a suspect child abduction in Redhill may not belong to any one individual child it has emerged this afternoon. A member of the public reported to Surrey Police that they saw a boy, as young as six or seven, being bundled into a black modified VW Transporter van on Redstone Hill at about 4.45pm yesterday.
