Motorists are in for a long wait around East Surrey this afternoon due to delays on the M25 and M23. Between Junction 5 and 6 on the M25 there was a minor collision and there is around four and a half miles of traffic on the motorway as the scene is cleared, according to the Waze Traffic App. Traffic is moving at around 8 mph from Warwick Wold to Nutfield on the M25 and M23 junction.
