A burning car forced the closure of the A23 at the junction with the M23 this afternoon. And emergency services personnel believe the blaze may have been started deliberately.Firefighters were called to the incident on Brighton Road, close to the Satrbucks and the M23/A23 interchange, shortly after 2.30pm.The road was closed to allow firefighters to put out the flames but preliminary reports suggest the fire could have been caused by someone who then ran off.Also read: Remains of hurricane...
