TomVKlaveren published White paint splattered over 50m of recently refurbished York...

White paint splattered across a large section of Dorking's recently refurbished West Street was not removed by Surrey Highways as "it had already dried". A West Street shop owner has told of how the paint, which was spilled and walked in along 50m of pavement in early July, has not been removed and has been classed as low priority by Surrey Highways as it is not a safety issue. The new York Stone pavement was only laid as part of a two-month refurbishment project in February and March...
