Motorists could be in for delays after it was announced gas works are to reduce a section of the A23 in Merstham to just one lane for four weeks.The work, which starts on Monday, is being carried out by gas distribution company SGN in London Road North meaning the A23 will be reduced to one lane northbound at Glebe Road, and down to a 40mph speed limit.From August 11 London Road North service road will be completely closed with access only available for Glebe Road residents but SGN's...
