Hi, I'm Kelly - a proud member of the Fetcham community and have been for all my life. I was brought up here and now live here with my family - I am also the vice chair of the Fetcham Residents Association and a strong believer in giving back to the community. We currently meet bi-monthly and are always looking for more people to join! TomVKlaveren published 700 trees to be re-planted on Fetcham's 'Donkey Field' four years...
A wood consisting of 700 trees will be re-planted after being illegally cleared of mature oaks in 2012.Fetcham councilor Lynne Brooks, with the support of residents, has been campaigning for the field behind Mole Road and Friars Orchard, known as the "Donkey Field", to be re-planted for four years. The Forestry Commission has now upheld its re-forresting order on the land and it will be re-populated with 700 trees including sycamore, field maple, birch, rowan, sweet chestnut, lime...
