Surrey Mirror published A22 in Godstone closed 'until 12pm' after biker dies in crash

Police have closed the A22 in Godstone after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash this morning. A man, believed to be 36 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene after coming off his bike about 7am. Fire crews who attended the scene said the crash was caused after the rider was struck by a pigeon.
