Mark Davison published Memorial service for a special Horley soldier from the Great War

A memorial service is to be held in Horley tomorrow (Thursday) to pay tribute to the town's oldest soldier who went off to fight in the First World War.The Henry Webber Memorial Service will be held in the Horley Memorial Gardens, located inside the Recreation Ground off Brighton Road, starting at 11am and everyone is welcome to attend.As towns and villages continue to mark the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme, people have been remembering Lieutenant Webber, who died on July 21 1916...
