CaitlinWebb published Vehicles destroyed after arson attack in Oxted

Vehicles at a construction site in Oxted were destroyed following an arson attack. A 14 tonne excavator with rubber tracks and a 6 tonne swivel skip dumper were found scorched inside and out, with windows smashed and seat security chains cut in the closed section of road works in Tandridge Lane. Police are now appealing for witnesses of the attack to come forward. It happened nearly four weeks ago, sometime between 4pm on July 1 and 7am on July 2.
