CaitlinWebb published Warlingham care home placed under special measures

A residential home in Warlingham for people with learning disabilities has come under fire after government inspectors rated its services as "inadequate".Inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have placed the home at 4 Westhall Park in special measures.In an unannounced inspection on May 17 the inspectors found that there was not enough staff on duty to meet the people's needs and described the home as "inadequate" at keeping people safe.According to the report,...
