TRIBUTES have been paid to a motorcyclist who died following a crash on the Caterham bypass.Motorcyclist Jamie Mcdonald, who was in his 30s, suffered serious injuries and was declared dead at the scene of the incident, which took place on the A22 Caterham by-pass at around 1.30pm on Sunday.Surrey Coroner's office confirmed a file had been passed to them, but said an inquest had yet to be opened.Surrey Police officers do not believe that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.Writing on...
