There are severe delays on the M25 this afternoon following a collision.The clockwise stretch between junction 9 for Leatherhead and junction 10 for the A3 Wisely interchange is heavily congested following the accident earlier this afternoon.All lanes have reopened but the queues are raking a while to clear.Meanwhile, drivers are warned to expect delays on the anti-clockwise stretch as motorists slow down to see the incident on the other side.Fire crews from Painshill, Epsom and Leatherhead...
