A FOOD hygiene inspector has described a Chinese takeaway in Merstham as "one of the worst" premises he has ever visited. When Kirk Holmes visited Lee Garden earlier this year he found it "absolutely filthy". According to an inspection report, grease was running down light fittings and out of cracks in the ceiling.
