An elderly Leatherhead man died in hospital from injuries, including a bleed on the brain, following a fall at home. But doctors at Epsom Hospital initially sent him away without a CT scan.Two days later he was admitted to St George's Hospital where doctors carried out a scan and spotted the bleed.Ronald Tebboth, died at St George's Hospital aged 95 in January this year.
