A 14-year-old boy has been charged over the stabbing of another 14-year-old boy in Dorking in July.The violent assault happened at about 4.30pm on Rough Rew when the victim, another 14-year-old boy, sustained a leg injury believed to have been inflicted with a knife.The victim was taken to East Surrey Hospital for treatment and was later discharged.
