Black people in Surrey are eight times more likely to be stopped and searched than white people.Surrey Police stopped and searched black people in the county 473 times last year, new Home Office figures show.The last Census reported there were 12,430 black people in the county in 2011.Taking this figure, that meant black people had about a one in 26 chance of being stopped and searched in Surrey last year.The equivalent figure for white people was one in 222 - so black people were 8.5 times more...
