A former Horley osteopath who was struck off in April last year has been fined £1,000 after a private investigator found he has still been practising. Jonathan Cove, who worked at The Carlton Clinic on Victoria Road, was struck off following an investigation into his fitness to practise. Cove was taken off the General Osteopathic Council's (GOsC) register following an incident where he encouraged a colleague to give patients unnecessary treatments, and for not paying his employees.
