Surrey Mirror published Overturned caravan causes delays on M25 in Surrey

An overturned caravan forced police to close three lanes of the M25 in Surrey this morning. The incident is causing slow moving traffic and delays between Junction 12 and Junction 13 clockwise. Highways England tweeted that the incident was due to an overturned caravan before deleting the tweet a few minutes .
