Two fire crews extinguished a car fire on a field last night. It is believed the vehicle, which had apparently been abandoned, left the road following a road traffic collision, crashing through a hedge before it flipped onto its roof.Crews attended the incident, in Burstow Park Farm on Coopers Hill Road, South Nutfield, at 7:10pm yesterday.A crew from Salfords fire station were first on the scene, followed by Godstone fire station.
