The Oxted and Limpsfield Residents Group has scooped another seat on Tandridge District Council following Thursday's by-election in Limpsfield.Phil Davies, standing for the OLRG, won by a clear margin, taking the seat from the Conservatives following the resignation of former incumbent John Pannett.Mr Davies won 713 votes, with Neil O'Brien, the Conservative candidate, second with 472.
