The owner of a convenience store in Oxted has said the town is "totally different" from what it was five years ago after his shop was broken into by thieves at the weekend.Ruban Mathan was left "scared" yesterday morning (May 21) after EM 10 Express, located in Station Road West, was ransacked by burglars.
