Parents who attend Baby Club screenings at Oxted cinema could soon be allowed to watch age-restricted films with their children.Strict rules prevent children watching 15 and 18 rated films meaning mums and dads who attend the popular Baby Club sessions have to stick to nothing higher than a 12a, which allows children to watch them if accompanied by an adult.But Tandridge District Council has approved a proposal which allows it, as the local authority, to override ratings set by the British Board...
