Smoking laws are due to change in the next few weeks with a string of new rules designed to put people off taking a puff.Among the new rules is one that means cigarettes will no longer be available in packs of ten while smaller packs of rolling tobacco and some flavoured tobacco will also be banned.The new laws actually came into effect in May last year, but shops and suppliers were given a year to adjust to the rules and shift old stock.READ MORE: 7 Surrey pubs for sale which you could buy...
