A Tadworth dog owner who was jailed after her wayward pet savaged a neighbour has had her jail term cut by top judges.Janet Chalcroft, 63, of Mallow Close let her dog, Tyke, out into a communal garden on a summer's day last year and the Staffordshire bull terrier sunk its teeth into the arm of Yvette Peters.Chalcroft admitted being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control and being in breach of a conditional discharge imposed in March last year.READ MORE: The most and least dangerous places...
