The family of a 27-year-old former Redhill and Dorking school pupil who tragically died after crashing his motorbike on the A23 in Horley have released a touching tribute. Jason Skinner, known to many as Jay, came off his bike outside Erbridge Court, on Bonehurst Road, at about 3.15pm on March 18 while travelling southbound.
