Bouquets of flowers and tributes have been left at the scene of a fatal crash on the A23 in Horley in which a young man died yesterday (Saturday) afternoon.The victim, his 20s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene in Bonehurst Road, after crashing and coming off his bike outside Erbridge Court at about 3.15pm.The floral tributes have been placed on railings behind what appears to be a damaged roadside cabinet which has been taped off with a barrier placed around it.READ MORE: Surrey...
