A baby car seat was reportedly seen in the road following a car crash on the A23 in Coulsdon.The crash happened late this morning on the Brighton Road close to the junction with Woodfield Hill, and near the Coulsdon bypass.A woman was still being treated by paramedics when an eye witness went past on a bus at about 11.50am and it is understood she has still not left the scene.The witness said there was a baby car seat which appeared to have been taken out of the vehicle and placed on the road,...
