Motorists across Reigate and Banstead and Mole Valley have been left unable to pay for car parking after the failure of the RingGo service on Wednesday morning (November 23). The popular service allows residents to pay for parking in council car parks across Reigate and Banstead and in council car parks in Dorking, Leatherhead, Ashtead and Bookham in Mole Valley.
