A once popular but now "neglected" Holmbury St Mary pub to be refurbished with the addition of a microbrewery - but residents in the area are not all behind the idea.The Time Well Spent (TWS) group, which owns nine other pubs across Surrey including two in Mole Valley, purchased The Royal Oak in the village before submitting a planning application to Guildford Borough Council on May 27 for a "£100,000" refurbishment and a small microbrewery.
