A Merstham man has been banned from emailing and phoning Reigate and Banstead Borough Council after bombarding staff with more than 100 emails.Peter Walsh, 45, of Radstock Way, failed to turn up to London's High Court for today's hearing.But Judge Graham Robinson continued in his absence, ruling that an injunction imposed on Mr Walsh should continue for another year.The order forbids Mr Walsh from contacting the council or its employees or agents by email, telephone or otherwise.READ MORE:...
