Protesters against oil drilling on Leith Hill are being evicted from the the camp they have occupied since last October. Bailiffs arrived at the Leith Hill "Protection" camp, on land at Bury Hill Wood, early this morning (Wednesday, June 21) to remove people from the site. A High Court eviction order on the camp, just off Coldharbour Lane, was made in February but protesters have remained in place.
