Gatwick Airport has been ranked as the second worst airport in the world for customers. Three British airports all rank in the list, with Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh all featuring. Gatwick came second to last, just behind Kuwait which was ranked as the worst. The survey, by flight delay compensation firm AirHelp, gave Gatwick a score of 5.38 out of 10, with Manchester just behind on a score of 5.43 and Edinburgh fifth from bottom with 6.1.
