A drug dealer who tried and failed to run away from police on two occasions in Epsom has been jailed.Francis Barry, of Rowden Road, Epsom, was twice caught attempting to throw away drugs while being chased by police, once on a moped and once on foot, in November 2016 and January 2017. Barry, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing Class A and B drugs with intent to supply and possession of a bladed article.
