Network Rail and South West Trains have warned passengers to re-evaluate their travel plans this weekend as works at Waterloo train station could disrupt trains to Surrey. The track upgrades and improvement works are set to affect services across two weekends in March; on the 4th, 5th, 18th and 19th.
