A MERSTHAM primary will become 50 per cent bigger as Surrey County Council attempts to keep up with demand for places.An extra 210 pupils will be going to school at Furzefield Primary if the plans are signed off.No planning application has yet been submitted for extra buildings needed to accommodate the children, but the council says the Delabole Road site has capacity.The pupil roll will grow by 30 children each year from this coming September, from the current 420 to 630.
