A licensed taxi driver has been ordered to pay £830 after assaulting a traffic warden and their colleague in Horley.Miran Sayed, 35, was sentenced at Staines Magistrates' Court on April 12 for the attack which took place in December 2016.The 35-year-old was convicted of assaulting a civil enforcement officer and another member of the parking team at Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, though it remains unclear what led to the scuffle.
