Succombs Hill in Warlingham is blocked due to a car getting stuck in a sycamore tree this afternoon (Monday).Witnesses say they saw the silver BMW lodged in a sycamore tree rear-first at an angle at the bottom of the hill, suggesting the vehicle rolled backwards and got stuck.A spokeswoman for Surrey Police said the force received a call about a car stuck on the hill at 3.20pm but will not be attending the scene as there is no obligation for police to attend this sort of incident.READ MORE:...
