The National Trust are hoping to open up Leith Hill Place to the public all year round after the 17th century home received more than 20,000 visitors in 2016.The building opened to the public in 2013 after the National Trust was granted planning permission for three years to allow visitors seasonally for four days a week. This permission expired at the end of this year's summer season on October 31 and bosses at the National Trust now hope to open the home four days a week all year round. READ...
