Horley's Christmas fair will have a Santa's Grotto for the first time.Father Christmas is making his inaugural visit to the town's High Street for the event, which is taking place on December 10 this year.The Christmas lights will also be switched on at 4pm by the winner of the schools colouring-in competition.
